Healthy kids week

take-and-make recipe kit


Register:  June 10 at noon

Pick Up Kit: June 11,  12-3pm at the Mount Paul Community Food Centre. 

We are excited to participate in the Y Healthy Kids Week again this year. We will have 40 "Veggie Fritter" take and make kits available with the ingredients and recipe. Registration will be live on June 10 at noon.

Wednesdays  | 4:00 – 6:00 pm  

Learn basic cooking skills, make a snack or meal to take home and connect with others! 


A welcoming space to help foster a positive relationship with food for youth aged 13 – 19 years old.
