Learning garden

The Mount Paul Community Food Centre has an 8,000 square foot learning garden that produces an abundance of organic produce.  The garden offers a hands-on experience in a supportive setting for how to plant and grow local whole foods. 

 

Garden Drop In Hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 9- 12pm

Garden Workshops are free to attend. Registration required: email emackay@interiorcommunityservices.bc.ca to secure your spot.

Interior Community Services and the Mount Paul CFC manage eight community gardens across the City of Kamloops.  Individuals are able to rent plots to garden for their own household.

This free community resource is perfect for anyone who is passionate about gardening, food sustainability and seed saving. You'll find a wide variety of locally grown seeds - vegetables, fruits, grains, flowers and native plants - all adapted to thrive right here in Kamloops.
Open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-2pm.
