Food Skills programs
​The food skills programming is designed to enhance kitchen skills, share nutritional information and increase social connections. A variety of food skills programming is offered throughout the week with each class is designed for different populations.

Youth Food Skills:

A welcoming space to help foster a positive relationship with food for youth aged 13 – 19 years old. Registration required, twice a month.

Drop In Food Skills:

A hands on kitchen to enhance kitchen skills, increase social connections and nutritional information. Registration required, once a month

Partnership Food Skills:

A food skills class in partnership with another social services agency to introduce the CFC and the programs available.
